I know it is a little bit late… well actually a LOT late… but this is almost certainly that you didnt declare the variable bleTaskHandle.

use of undeclared identifier ‘bleTaskHandle’ ==> xTaskCreate(bleTask,”bleTask”,8*1024,0,2,&bleTaskHandle);
